One on one sessions give us insight into your life and meet you where you are while understanding where you have been and want to be. Using evidenced based nutrition practice we will begin addressing the nutrient status of your body before exploring the psychological influences of life on your eating choices and behaviors.

This is not your typical nutrition group. The goal is to create a non-judgmental approach to discovering the how and why behind your eating behaviors. Our trained Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will host a small group session virtual or in-office providing a 60 minute lesson and discussion
